12 months warranty
The material provided is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which declares that the material is of good quality, perfectly functioning in pursuance of the contract and free from defects in workmanship and materials. Sarp warranty lasts 12 months, however 7200 operating hours (24h x 300 days) from the test date or not later than three months after our delivery, for faults in the supply resulting from defects in the materials and/or the installation if it was at the expense and exclusive care of Sarp.

12 + 12 months warranty
Sarp guarantees an additional warranty extended by further 12 months compared to standard regulations, amounting to a total of 24 months, however by 14,000 operating hours after the test date or not later than three months after our delivery, for faults in the supply resulting from defects in the materials and/or the installation if it was at the expense and exclusive care of Sarp.

COSTUMER CARE

Intervention times
Sarp provides immediate actions for failures stopping the production. For non-stopping failures Sarp intervention is expected within 5 working days. Where and when it is possible a decisive remote support is provided.

Remote control
Every Sarp plant is equipped with a remote control for the remote intervention operated by Sarp specialized technicians and, where it is possible, it offers the possibility of intervening for the most quick resolution of the problem, using the software connection.

After the test you will be given the credentials to access your Private area on the platform Sarp.it. In the reserved area you can view:
• manuals
• the list of spare parts supplied
• any detail of programmed assistance.
It is also possible to open a ticket for the request of spare parts and/or interventions.
